This policy describes how STEELNET SRL processes the personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide by filling in the contact form: full name, company, email, phone, division of interest and the message content. We do not process special categories of data and we do not carry out profiling.

Purpose and legal basis

We process these data solely to respond to your requests and provide you with quotes or technical and commercial information. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Form submission and recipients

The contact form is handled through the FormSubmit service, which forwards the data entered to our mailbox. The data may therefore pass through servers located outside the European Union. Once received, they are stored in our email accounts. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any subsequent commercial relationship, and in any case within the limits set by applicable law.

Cookie

This site does not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking or analytics tools. The fonts are hosted on our own server. For details see the Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You can at any time request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, object to the processing and request data portability, by writing to info@steel-net.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Italian Data Protection Authority).
